I worked for Mercy Hospital and my job was eliminated and we were encouraged to transfer to other jobs I have not been rehired! I had on Interview and one of the men who conducted the interview kept starring at me. I did get job I felt because I am overweight and bald they did want me to be the first contact for patients.
